REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation, NO returns or exchanges are allowed. If you notice your product to be defective, or incorrect, please email coachshan@bravehearthealth.org within 3 business days.
- If your item is defective or incorrect, we will allow an exchange. We adhere to those strict policies with respect to product returns. As a necessary health and agriculture precaution, the items must be returned in the original condition. Merchandise that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. The returned item must be unopened, unaltered, unused, undamaged, and in the original shipped condition.
- All tags and packaging must be included. If an exchange is granted, you will be notified you and you are responsible for the shipping (if exchange is granted or denied, customer is responsible for shipping).
- Please request a tracking number and email it to coachshan@bravehearthealth.org for your return to be processed. If the defect is on Brave Heart’s end, the shipping cost will be covered to send a new product to you. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, Brave Heart is NOT responsible. Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns.
SHIPPING INFO
Once your order is placed, it may take 2-5 business days (Business days are Weekdays not weekends or Holidays) to process and verify information before the order is shipped out. Shipping normally takes about 2-7 business days. The processing and shipping times may be delayed during SALES and Holiday times.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos.
You will be refunded if your package is returned to sender. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
